Are you looking for a FUN and AMAZING place to work? Then look no further because Aqua Tots Swim Schools is where you want to be! Aqua Tots is looking for a Front Desk Associate. Must be friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, work in a VERY fast paced environment, and love kids! Ideal for college students (Nova Southeastern, Broward College, FAU) looking for consistent part-time hours!Looking to fill position ASAP. Hiring process can take less than 1 week!!Salary: $15/hour during training. $16+/hour upon completion of training.We offer:Flexible set schedules with weekend nights offPaid trainingWeekly payBonusesWeekend mealsRoom to growPart-time employment with the opportunity for extra shiftsRequirements:Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)Ability to effectively sell our swim program to clientsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCustomer serviceAbility to build professional relationships with staff and customersWe seek individuals who:Are self-motivated and thrive in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills.Have the ability to generate sales that exceed personal sales goals.Can provide compelling presentations of our services that will overcome objections and close additional sales.Embody the company's core values in their work approachDemonstrate effective phone etiquetteBe a part of something bigger, apply today!No seasonal hires, please!
