The Tone: This is a full-time leadership role at Evolve Therapy Services, LLC, located in East Moline, IL. Evolve Therapy Services is a dedicated therapy management organization focused on hiring compassionate and skilled therapists to staff our partner facilities. This Director of Rehabilitation position is critical for overseeing and managing all aspects of therapy operations within an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. The role ensures that therapy services are delivered consistent with established standards of practice, company policies, and all regulatory requirements, thereby directly impacting patient well-being and the operational excellence of the therapy program. The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: In-person, East Moline, IL Team: Reports to the Regional Director of Operations Mission: To manage all therapy operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with established standards and regulations. What You9ll Actually Do Oversight: Oversee and manage all facets of the therapy program in the assigned facility or facilities. Compliance: Ensure comprehensive knowledge of and strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and confidentiality standards. Procedures: Establish facility-specific therapy procedures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and provide training to all therapy staff. Service Delivery: Guarantee that all therapists provide therapy services consistent with established standards of practice, company procedures, and productivity targets. Documentation: Ensure all therapists adhere to regulatory requirements and company procedures for accurate documentation and billing of therapy services. The Must-Haves Background: Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology, preparing for the leadership and management of a therapy program. Experience: An active PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP license in the state(s) of practice, coupled with a commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development. Skills: Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal leadership and communication skills, alongside strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
