Quality Assurance is the process of ensuring that a product meets specific quality standards before it is delivered to customers. At Steelhead, QA means making sure software updates, bug fixes, and new features are reliable, functional, and error-free before they are released to users. This process helps maintain the integrity and performance of our platform. Position Details QA Specialist — Job Description Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday No prior QA experience required Strong attention to detail is important $20/hr Responsibilities Test software changes, including bug fixes and new feature implementations Collaborate with developers to ensure code quality and functionality Verify that issues have been resolved and that no new problems have been introduced (regression testing) Communicate testing results, concerns, and progress clearly and consistently Engage in continuous learning as the product evolves and grows in complexity #J-18808-Ljbffr
