The Trusted Tester program enables pre‑launch insights from real users, especially for GenAI products and features. As a Program Manager and Solutions Engineer focused on the Cross‑Product Area (xPA) program, you own the operational infrastructure that supports cross‑functional and cross‑organizational workflows to enable scaled pre‑launch product and feature testing. You proactively identify and lead program initiatives to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements at scale. You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross‑functional projects, exercise technical judgment across teams, and develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support research and engineering execution. Responsibilities Lead complex program charters by defining scope, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), resourcing, and using data-driven insights to manage risks and facilitate executive‑level stakeholder decision‑making. Strategize with cross‑functional partners to prioritize objectives and deliver optimized communication plans that align executive leadership with key technical teams. Implement scalable tooling to integrate user‑centric insights into the development lifecycle, bridging requirements between UX researchers, product managers, and engineers. Assess engineering feasibility, milestones, and resourcing needs, staying current with evolving technology landscapes. Lead organizational pivots and change management rollouts, monitoring progress, and implementing continuous process improvements to mitigate risk and unblock critical program obstacles. Compensation The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $153,000–$222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and related factors.
