Dealerships Tax Services Senior Manager

Job Description This senior manager role requires oversight of multiple client service teams, with the proven ability to plan, direct, execute, and complete tax projects and compliance efforts across a variety of industries. Responsibilities include: managing projects economically and efficiently, including billing and accounts receivable; reviewing federal and state income tax returns for corporate, S‑corp, partnership, and individual clients; developing and maintaining strong client relationships; providing innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise; performing research and preparing or reviewing technical tax memoranda; understanding and managing firm risk on tax services performed; and providing thought leadership to the partner group while actively mentoring staff and managers. The position also involves integrating efficient standard operating procedures, developing practice skills, and performing other job‑related responsibilities as needed. Work Environment This position operates in a hybrid work environment that balances remote flexibility with regular in‑person collaboration. Compensation A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $127,700.00 – $269,300.00 per year. The disclosed range takes into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The compensation is not typically at the top of the range and will depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
