Avista Senior Living is expanding throughout the East Valley and is currently looking for CAREGIVERS/CNA's to join our team at our community in Payson, AZ. Looking To Hire For The Following Shifts

DAYS 6AM - 2PM, EVENINGS 2PM - 10PM

NOC 10PM - 6AM

DAYS 6AM - 10AM

EVENINGS 4PM - 8PM

Demonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents. Promotes resident independence and self-care. Delivers care and services in accordance with individual service plan for all assigned residents. Maintains accurate and complete records of care delivered. Completes incident reports accurately and timely. Understands policies pertaining to safety and infection control and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses. Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Assist housekeeping and maintenance staff to keep the community and resident property clean. Recognizes, responds to, and reports concerns in resident's environment to ensure safety and comfort of resident Qualifications Requirements AZ Caregiver certification OR we will send you through the course to be certified Proven experience as a personal care assistant Committed to health & safety Reliable Excellent communication and people skills A positive and compassionate attitude Physical stamina CPR certified, fingerprint card #J-18808-Ljbffr Avista Senior Living
