Relief Captain: USCG Master on Research Vessels

The University of New Hampshire seeks a seasonal Vessel Captain to maintain and operate the SML fleet on Appledore Island, Maine. You will serve as captain on USCG-inspected vessels and supervise crew while ensuring safety for all aboard during open-water activities. You will train student staff, perform routine maintenance, and manage documentation and inspections.
