Server / Bartender
O'Malley Ice & Sports Center LLC
Full and part-time SERVER and BARTENDER positions are available at the Blue Line Pub in the O'Malley Sports Complex (ice arena). Job Details Compensation includes generous and fair "tip share" program. Reliable attendance and attention to customer service are required. Duties Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
