Candidates with hospital experience may also be considered if their background includes substantial outpatient GI clinic work.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal conditionsConduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up visitsDevelop treatment plans in collaboration with physiciansReview laboratory results, imaging, and other diagnostic informationEducate patients about their conditions and treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationxhyhwjd QualificationsLicensed Nurse Practitioner in New York StatePrevious gastroenterology experience requiredOutpatient or GI clinic experience requiredSpanish-language skills are a plusStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a collaborative practice
