SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST - Share Draft, Card & Image Center

This isn’t just a job posting; it’s your opportunity to shape your future with an organization that puts people first.What You'll Do:Share Draft (Checking) ProcessingPerform daily checking balancing, including NSF review, duplicate verification, returned checks, and stop payment processing and research.Process share draft exception items and return items accurately and within Federal Reserve and Reg CC deadlines.Research and resolve share draft posting discrepancies, adjustments, and member/branch inquiries.Reconcile assigned share draft and settlement general ledger accounts and clear outstanding items timely.Perform plastic card processing functions including card issuance, reissue, maintenance, activation, and PIN support for debit, credit, employee, and corporate cards.Process and research card transactions, including the daily Visa DPS mismatch/reconciliation review, posting exceptions, and settlement discrepancies.Support card maintenance and enable/disable requests and assist branches and members with card related research and troubleshooting.Maintain knowledge of card network rules (Visa/DPS) and stay abreast of changes in card processing policies and procedures.Perform Image Center support functions, including new user setup, password resets, and periodic system access audits.Process Check 21 corrections and adjustments, and research front/back check images for exception processing, reconciliation, and member service.Review daily Mobile Check Deposit (RDC) submissions for potential fraud and Reg CC compliance.• Retrieve and provide check images and copies to branches, departments, and members in a prompt, professional manner.•Perform related Support Services processing functions—such as Shared Branching, ACH, Wires and Consumer/Business RDC—as needed for coverage and cross-training.Answer internal and external member service calls promptly and professionally, with first-call resolution as the goal.Create and maintain written procedures related to share draft, card, and Image Center processes.Prepare documentation for annual internal and external audit exams and support related reconciliation activities.Perform duties in compliance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Reg CC, Reg E, and the Bank Secrecy Act.Maintain confidentiality and uphold the credit union’s standard for accuracy, thoroughness, and professional reputation.Assume responsibility for related duties as assigned and complete special projects within set time frames.The Hours:Monday - Friday: 09:00 am - 5:30 pmThe Pay Range:$22.12 - $32.56 per hourOur compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.
