About the Role

We’re hiring an Industrial Stamping Equipment Reliability Technician for our Roseville, MI facility. You will safeguard the performance, availability, and safety of press lines and support equipment through systematic maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and tight collaboration with production.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance and on-demand repairs on stamping machinery and related systems.
• Isolate and correct mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Perform inspections and preventive tasks to sustain equipment reliability and quality output.
• Document findings, repairs, and parts usage with accurate, thorough records.
• Work with production teams to identify equipment issues and implement effective fixes.
• Assist with installation, alignment, and commissioning of new stamping equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and a clean, organized maintenance area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance or similar is advantageous.
• Demonstrated maintenance experience in stamping or manufacturing environments.
• Strong skills troubleshooting mechanical drives and electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Effective communication and teamwork across shifts and departments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.

Technical Proficiencies

• 120/208/240/480-volt systems.
• Electrical repair (components, wiring, terminations, sensors).
• Pneumatics fault-finding and repair.
• Core maintenance and mechanical repair capabilities.
• Electrical schematic reading and application.
