J ob Summary: We are seeking a great Painter with leadership skills who wants to work for a great growing company. The ideal candidate is cheerful and friendly, enjoys working in a team environment, Great personality, Respectful.

Must Have the following!

GREAT WORK ETHIC, GREAT PERSONALITY , is dedicated to high-quality, efficient work and is capable of adapting to changes and communicating effectively with employees and customers. if you are bilingual is a plus.
MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions.
MUST Have a valid DL.
MUST speak English.
MUST pass a background check.
Must have at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayers etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
Interact professionally with customers.
Follow work orders.
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, Patching, Repairing or by other means necessary
Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
Inspect paint jobs for quality
Perform daily maintenance clean up routines on painting equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling (3 YEARS of experience minimum)
Valid driver’s license
Have reliable transportation to commute between job sites
Strong communication and customer service skills
Allowed to work in the US
