The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:You’ll be joining the cloud backend team in the Platform product group responsible for managing the customer lifecycle and their product experience. Whenever a new customer onboards on the Falcon platform, our team manages the automation of orchestrations to give our customers a seamless experience, and for this we build and extend services that are capable of making millions of decisions per second! As part of this team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the existing flow and building the next generation cloud-based access and resource management systems.Getting customers operational could mean initializing them in our customer stores, setting up requires policies, setting up management groups for their machines, enabling configuration for them in several different dependent services, as well as handling both authN and authZ across internal (e.g. Service-to-service authorization, etc.) and external (e.g. user login, etc) integrations. The group is a critical part of our flagship Falcon Platform product, frequently working collaboratively with many other product groups.Bring your experience in distributed technologies and algorithms, your great API and systems design sensibilities, and your passion for writing code that performs at extreme scale.
