Delivery Specialist

The Delivery Specialist team is essential to delivering the Key's Mission to our customers. Join the team that interacts with new and current Key Auto customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive orientation on vehicle features
• Have strong product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions
• Set up/Pair Bluetooth devices and set up safety features
• Help prep and fill up the gas tank of new vehicle deliveries
• Occasionally help with swap drives and inventory management

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• An outgoing, dynamic personality, with customer service skills
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, leads and supervisors of the organization.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
