WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Our management team will teach and coach you on how to:

• Meet and build relationships with customers

• Understand each customer's wants, needs, and budget

• Help customers choose the right new or pre-owned vehicle

• Learn vehicle features, technology, and available options

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person

• Work internet and showroom opportunities

• Present pricing and purchasing options professionally

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers

• Build repeat and referral business

• Use modern dealership CRM and sales technology

• Work with Sales Management, Finance, and Service to provide an exceptional buying experience

• Build the skills necessary to become a successful automotive sales professional
