Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and integrated care

• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to help patients stay aligned with their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
