We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our chiropractic team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage prior to appointments.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and referrals when required.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, balances, and process patient payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with the chiropractor and clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, or dental office preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification, authorizations, and patient benefits is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy office.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
