DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Details Job Location: Auburn, CA 95603 Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 Hourly We are looking for someone to join our staff to assist in inventory management and merchandising/digital content for two dealerships. This position requires someone who is task-oriented, self-motivated and can manage his/her time. This person must be able to use Excel, be comfortable with web-based software and can take good, clear photographs of vehicles. Must be able to communicate well in writing as well as on the phone. This job will require several hours a day of photographing cars and utilizing the computer. Responsibilities Maintain accurate database of retail/wholesale inventory for two stores Photograph new and used vehicles for two stores Write descriptions of used cars Monthly analysis and reporting Ensures relevant content on all social media. Creating content for social media for all locations Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place. Stays informed on all department specials and incentives and ensures that expired offers are promptly removed from sites. Is proactive in looking for opportunities to promote dealership awareness and community involvement on social media sites. Participates in community activities. Office/administrative tasks as assigned QualificationsSkills Computer programs: Excel, Outlook and high comfort level with internet based programs Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Communicate effectively in speech and writing Can take clear and accurate pictures Physical requirements Stand and walk for extended periods of time Sit for extended periods of time Frequent bending, crouching and reaching Be outside in all weather Requirements Valid driver's license with good driving record Drug free **Auburn Toyota has a drug-free policy** Pass a background check upon offer of employment.
