Location: Burlington, NJ
Pay: $25–$45 per hour, based on experience

The Residential HVAC Technician will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in customers’ homes. We are looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and air-conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment
• Clearly explain system issues and recommended repairs to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety standards
• Provide courteous and professional service during every customer visit

Qualifications

• Previous residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Working knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment
• EPA certification is strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship

Compensation

This position pays $25–$45 per hour , depending on experience, technical ability, certifications, and overall qualifications.
