Roles and Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and microservices.
- Develop RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Follow security and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
