Description:

We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.

Skills:

• Previous work with state agencies

• Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations• Has multi-state tax experience• Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)

• Communication: Clear and effective communication

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed

Education: High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience

• Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
• Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
• Attention to detail
• Fast paced Project exp- testing exp
• Education- HS diploma
• Payroll exp# of years of exp- 2- 3 years

Job Title - Accounting and Payroll Admin (Full time )

Location - San Ramon, CA (Onsite)

We are looking for a detail-oriented AP, AR & Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST have.

Key Responsibilities:

• 65% accounting,
• 5% Office management
• 20% Payroll
• 10% HR

General Finance Administration:

• Pay roll.
• Experience with ADP.
• Invoicing and invoice tracking
• Accounting, Profit and Loss balance sheets,
• taxes
• employee receipts tracking and calculations.
• travel expenses etc.
• filling and bookkeeping
• background checks
• SoW, CO, and PO tracking
• on boarding and offboarding process
• other activities as needed.
• Adding vendors in the tool, adding tasks in right categories
• Basics of Excel sheet, auditing Invoices through QuickBooks
