POSITION

Our client is hiring a Patient Recruitment Specialist to join its North Miami clinical research team. This position is responsible for speaking with prospective study participants, completing phone-based pre-screening, documenting patient information, and helping qualified individuals move through the screening process. This is a high-volume phone position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thoughtfully evaluate potential participants against study requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective clinical trial participants and complete protocol-based phone screenings Review study eligibility requirements and gather accurate medical history and demographic information Document participant information, screening outcomes, and follow-up activity within clinical research databases and CTMS platforms Follow up with prospective participants, scheduled screenings, and no-shows to support study enrollment goals Learn upcoming study protocols and work with the recruitment team to identify effective approaches for finding qualified participants Participate in occasional community events, health screenings, open houses, and other patient recruitment activities

QUALIFICATIONS

Comfortable with 50+ daily phone calls High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus Previous inbound and/or outbound calling experience required, ideally in patient recruitment, healthcare, clinical research, or a similar environment Up to 3+ years of clinical or biological research experience is preferred but not required Strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment and entering detailed information into computer systems Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical research guidelines such as GCP, HIPAA, FDA, or IRB requirements is helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr SQRL
