- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food prep and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Monitor food inventory and help with ordering supplies
- Work efficiently and quickly in a busy kitchen environment
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
Qualifications / Requisitos
- Previous full-service cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
