In this L1/L2 Technician role, you will have access to a wide variety of challenging tickets across multiple technologies. We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience building PCs
• 1-3+ years of Help Desk/System Admin experience
• MCP
• Familiarity with time logging/tracking

It would be a definite plus to have:

• A+, Net+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE
• Experience supporting Small Business network infrastructure
• Cisco/Avaya or other telephony experience
