Patients Clerk/Office Clerk

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32311 (100% Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: Temp Contract (With a possible extension)

Attending webinars and training for Patient Care eligibility. Acknowledge and complete Patient Care client applications for enrollment/re-enrollment within the Customer's Patient Care. Respond to and complete requests for technical assistance, general inquiries, prescription issues from a customer. Update client/medical records, prescription information, and insurance, after reviewing data systems. Document all actions pertaining to a client within the client's profile in the Patient Care's database systems. Understand that any requests for deviation of these service tasks, discipline, timesheets, and progress reports are requested and conducted through the hiring vendor.
