Job Title (Flexible Sales Associate – Part Time) Location: Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls Salary: $16.00 – $17.60 per hour (commensurate with experience) Responsibilities Deliver a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans. Support store operations and provide exceptional fan experiences during peak hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events. Build genuine connections with fans, demonstrating Pandora brand authenticity. Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation. Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and heightened demand periods. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller who consistently exceeds sales goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. At least 18 years old; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the US. Flexible schedule: available for nights, weekends, holidays, and can stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Availability ranges from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
