Hourly Pay Rate: $38.00 - $45.00


Requirements: Active ARRT Certification

As a mobile Radiologic Technologist, you will provide essential diagnostic imaging services across a variety of settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, correctional facilities, and home health environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic X-ray images.
• Set up and unload portable X-ray units at various facilities, ensuring images meet clinical standards for diagnostic interpretation.
• Submit or transmit images promptly to radiologists for review and diagnosis.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists for interpretation.
• Handle and scan exam-related paperwork, billing documents, and reports in accordance with protocols.
• Maintain and service X-ray equipment and company vehicles to ensure reliable operation.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, management, peers, and clients to coordinate services smoothly.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification required.
• State licensure in Maryland or eligible for licensure.
• Previous experience with portable digital and CR radiography highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and pushing equipment weighing up to 50-100 lbs, with accommodations as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with diverse patients and healthcare teams.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between facilities as scheduled.
