The Role We're hiring a Physical Therapist who wants real independence in the clinic — and a team worth talking through hard cases with. You'll carry a full caseload of orthopedic and sports-related conditions in a modern practice that's built to support you rather than push volume. What you'll do Evaluate and treat patients one-on-one in an outpatient orthopedic setting Manage a diverse, active caseload spanning orthopedic and sports-related conditions Educate patients on movement quality, injury prevention, and self-management Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a consistently high standard of care Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment What we're looking for Active California Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New Grads Welcome Compensation & Benefits We believe in transparent, equitable compensation. 55% of Kauno's total revenue is allocated to therapy staff compensation — when the practice does well, you do well, and we'll walk you through exactly how that structure works.
