Position Summary

The Sales Professional is responsible for maintaining and expanding dealer relationships & organic growth. This position will support dealers and work with sales support staff to maintain all brand programs, volume requirements and image standards.

Job Expectations/Duties

• Maintain good relationships with dealers (customers and prospects) through phone calls, emails & personal visits.
• Growing territory through personal sales activities
• Understand the economics & gross profit of a deal, for each individual dealer (consignment, commission and by the load), and work with sales support on pricing.
• Understand all current & new industry related technology requirements.
• Help sales support with brand standards in assigned territory.
• Communicate brand standards and programs to dealers.
• Maintain sales pipeline through CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous retail dealer sales experience is desired.
• Extensive travel including overnights is required.
