This role involves acting as the single point of contact for issues or escalations, executing change requests, and conducting project close activities to confirm deliverables. The ideal candidate will organize and facilitate project and scrum events, coach team members on roles and responsibilities, and utilize project management tools to ensure accuracy and success throughout the project lifecycle. This position is required to report to our Austin, TX office or Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid structure. **Role Description** + Lead project engagements to achieve the scope as described in Statements of Work. + Conduct project kick-offs and create project schedules to ensure timely and budgeted execution. + Assemble and coordinate the project team, establishing roles and responsibilities. + Communicate customer status updates, including action items, issues, risks, and develop mitigation plans. + Execute change requests to project scope, schedule, and/or cost as needed. + Act as the single point of contact for any issues or escalations throughout the project. + Conduct project close activities to confirm deliverables were achieved in collaboration with the program manager. + Coach and mentor all parties on their roles and responsibilities in all project related activities. + Manage and ensure accuracy for projects using project management tools such as Asana and AirTable. **Behaviors and Competencies** + Adaptability: Can lead others through change, help teams adapt to new directions, and create a culture open to change. + Communication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiences, facilitate effective communication between others, and mentor others in effective communication. + Collaboration: Can take ownership of team initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure that all team members feel valued and heard. + Conflict-Resolution: Can proactively facilitate constructive discussions between parties, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining positive working relationships. + Decision-Making: Can facilitate group decision-making processes, build consensus, and commit to a course of action even in the face of uncertainty. + Results Orientation: Can set strategic goals for the organization and lead multiple teams to achieve these goals, demonstrating a strong orientation towards results. + Self-Motivation: Can take ownership of complex personal or professional initiatives, collaborate with others when necessary, and drive results through self-motivation. + Prioritization: Can take ownership of complex task management, collaborate with others to align priorities, and drive team efficiency. + Time Management: Can manage time effectively, accurately estimate the time required for specific tasks, balance multiple tasks, and help others in improving their time management skills. + Leadership: Can take ownership of complex team initiatives, collaborate with others in decision-making processes, and drive team performance. + Problem-Solving: Can proactively identify and take ownership of complex problem-solving initiatives, initiate preventative measures, collaborate with others to find solutions, and drive successful outcomes. + Follow-Up: Can take ownership of tasks, collaborate with others in managing follow-ups, and drive results through effective task completion. + Organization: Can oversee complex projects with multiple moving parts, ensure team alignment with organizational systems, and adapt to changing priorities. **Skill Level Requirements** + The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate + Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied - Intermediate + Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects - Intermediate + Competence in utilizing tools like Asana to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources - Intermediate + Familiarity with the operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and the overall framework of SHI, enabling effective navigation and utilization of internal processes - Intermediate **Other Requirements** + Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required + 7+ years of experience in customer-facing or internal project management role required + 5+ years of experience in IT technical project management + 5+ years of experience in Asana and Agile, hybrid environment preferred + PMP Certification + Ability to travel 10% The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
