Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This position requires working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role involves caring for both adult and pediatric patients in an emergency setting. The unit comprises 27 beds, with staffing ratios typically at 4:1 but may stretch to 5:1 during peak times. Weekend shifts are variable; we request commitment to 5-6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks. Holiday requirements include one major and one minor holiday. No on-call duties are required; however, staff may choose to pick up shifts as desired. The emergency department serves a busy community, handling a wide variety of cases, including stroke patients. We pride ourselves on having a phenomenal and hardworking team. Navy blue scrubs are required for this position. Epic access is necessary for this role.
