Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for assisting in nursing services, delegating duties, monitoring patient conditions, and notifying physicians of emergencies or changes. Key Responsibilities Assist in directing nursing care under RN supervision. Delegate tasks to nursing staff and monitor performance. Observe patients for physical and mental symptoms indicating adverse changes. Notify physicians of emergencies and implement medical orders. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Valid LPN license from the appropriate licensing board. Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies. Ability to deliver quality patient care, follow medical instructions, and show interest in geriatric nursing.
