At Chapa-De, every interaction matters. As our Dental Patient Services Supervisor, you'll empower your team to provide outstanding service, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from start to finish.

Hourly Pay: $30.50 - $35.55 per hour depending on experience

What You'll Do :

• Lead and develop a team of Dental Patient Services Representatives, Schedulers, Eligibility Specialists, Referral Coordinators, and Treatment Coordinators through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee daily front office operations to ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, insurance verification, referrals, and an exceptional patient experience across multiple clinic locations.
• Partner with dental leadership to improve workflows, standardize processes, monitor key performance metrics, and implement operational improvements that increase patient access and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative, team-based culture by strengthening communication between front and back office teams, resolving patient concerns, and promoting Chapa-De's mission, vision, and values.
• Support departmental growth by leading staff training, onboarding, policy implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, Denti-Cal, and organizational standards.

What You'll Bring:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) years Dental Receptionist experience
• Proficiency in ADA coding
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
