Pfizer is seeking a Director, Candidate Experience to lead enterprise early talent strategy in the US and drive employer branding globally. You will oversee Undergraduate, Rotational and MBA hiring, partner with Divisional Early Talent leads, and evolve EVP with Pfizer Brand to ensure consistent messaging across regions and platforms.
