Join an established Occupational Health team in the heart of Illinois! The practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with additional training in Occupational Medicine. Enjoy a well-paced, 5-day workweek with rotating Saturday coverage (clinic open Mon-Fri 8-6, Sat 9-4), strong support services, and academic/research options. Based in central IL, you'll enjoy easy drives to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis; a small-city comfort with big-city access and great work-life balance.


Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. No Call. Competitive Annual Salary. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. providers currently see patients for Occupational Health, and DOT visits in addition to Walk-Ins. Excellent benefits package and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage. Clinic Hours are Mon - Fri 8 AM - 6 PM and Sat 9 AM - 4 PM.
