About the Role

As an RN Unit Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manages nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and streamline clinical operations

• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitors patient care and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient care and unit operations

• Fosters a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Louisiana

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role or setting

• Strong clinical and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on patient care
