Plan and lead activities that are cooler than a polar bear in sunglasses. Attend staff meetings and trainings—because knowledge is power! Maintain safety and cleanliness standards Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergencies. Maintain positive relationships with parents and staff. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be 18 and over. High School Diploma or equivalent (it's the thought that counts) where applicable. Experience with kids, preferably in a day camp setting.
