Clinical Hospital Pharmacist & Care Coordination Lead

Huntsville Hospital seeks a pharmacist to actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the patients at CMC, in compliance with federal and state laws and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include involvement with drug distribution functions (order entry and IV admixture), clinical activities under Pharmacy and Therapeutics directives, and educational outreach with pharmacists and other health care professionals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
