Registered Dietitian - Pediatric Surgery - Part Time - Day

The Dietitian will be assigned to specific in- and out-patient care areas to provide nutritional services compatible with established standards of practice and in compliance with state and federal regulations, utilizing knowledge of growth and development and an understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients over the life cycle. This position assists with the management of diet offices, and supervises nutrition assistants. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, meeting the dietetic didactic requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Acute care clinical experience. Working knowledge of HealthTouch or similar electronic nutrition Kardex and EPIC. Licenses and Certifications Required: National registration and pertinent continuing education credits maintained annually.
