Visit us at: You Are We are looking for an innovative, forward‑thinking, and highly skilled Art Director to join our Accenture Song Creative team. We are seeking a proactive, self‑motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience. At Accenture, you will concept and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team that includes strategy, developers/technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers, and studio production specialists. Responsibilities Work under the direction of Creative Directors. Own visual concepts and solutions that solve an array of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflow. Oversee and be hands‑on in the creation of visual designs and systems, typography, logos, icons and more and apply design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability. Conceptualize and design to deliver solutions that are brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides, strategic principles and templates. Author new brand styles and guidelines. Concept, assign, and direct designers, production staff and vendors to fulfill creative vision. Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers and clients. Present and defend solutions to other creatives, UX, developers, account leaders and clients. Thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with UX, copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists and development team and lead brand style workshop sessions. Communicate with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional manner. Lead, mentor, task, direct and contribute to the growth of more junior designers and art directors. Here’s What You’ll Need At least 6 years of work experience in an agency environment. A portfolio that demonstrates at least 4 years of compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiences, a track record of diverse experiences, an understanding of current visual trends, and a current aesthetic sensibility. At least 4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator. At least 3 years of experience using Sketch, Adobe XD and/or Figma with strong written and verbal communication skills. At least 3 years of experience in cross‑channel content creation (social, email, digital). Bonus Points If Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Bachelor’s degree in design, digital media or related field. Motion graphics or illustration skills a plus. Strong understanding of brand design systems principles. Strong PowerPoint and client deck creation. Highly skilled and proficient in e‑commerce design. Excellent presentation skills and act as client‑facing representative for presentations. Participate in new business initiatives. Experience in packaging design. Experience with emerging digital platforms. Photo/video shoot direction experience. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
