Personal Lines Account Manager

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll manage the relationship between our clients and their insurance carriers - handling renewals, policy changes, new business, and account retention. You'll work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and you'll have real ownership over your book of business. What You'll Do: Manage renewals for designated accounts, starting the process 60 days out and delivering renewals/binders within 30 days of receipt Handle policy changes, endorsements, and new policy requests from clients - completing changes within 2 days of receipt Review renewal accounts to identify additional coverage opportunities and cross-sell Bind policies and endorsements; determine appropriate carrier placement Process terminations, cancellations, and premium collection Document all client and carrier communications in ImageRight Actively generate referrals and new business from your existing client base What We're Looking For: 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience Active Property & Casualty license required CISR designation preferred (or willingness to pursue) Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in-office, 40 hours/week What We Offer: 100% company-paid medical coverage (employee-only tier) 100% commission on your personal insurance policies Group term life/AD&D coverage Dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance options Simple IRA with up to 3% company match 9.5 paid holidays per year A team environment built on integrity, teamwork, and community Lemon-Mohler Insurance Agency is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements.
