Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work full time, on-site in Lewisville, TX. Core responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with autism. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role also involves monitoring client progress, making data-driven adjustments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes. Qualifications Strong background in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices Proficiency in Behavior Management techniques and principles Experience in Parent Education and training in therapeutic contexts Solid understanding of Psychology as it relates to behavior and development Possession of current BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to promoting a collaborative and compassionate environment Experience working with children with autism and their families is preferred
