Hours:Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Average Patients seen: 11-15
Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: - Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

Additional Info: - Our clinics have a strong emphasis on senior-focused primary care for members of Medicare Advantage health plans. They are committed to providing personalized, high-quality primary care combined with an excellent patient experience. Our culture is focused on teamwork and providing a positive and welcoming environment for all. - We offer a team-based care model, where our physicians lead a multi-disciplinary care team supporting patients' physical, emotional, and social wellness. - You will work assignments involving moderately complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - EMR: eClinical WorksQualifications:- 1 year of experience required- FL license- Family or Internal Medicine trained- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
