Production Technician

Production Technician IWe are seeking detail-oriented Production Technicians to support the assembly, configuration, and testing of integrated hardware systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products, installing wiring and components, verifying functionality, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.ResponsibilitiesAssemble hardware systems using diagrams, schematics, and work instructionsInstall, route, and secure cables, wiring, and electronic componentsConfigure and verify system components according to specificationsPerform quality inspections throughout the assembly processSupport testing, troubleshooting, and validation activitiesComplete production records and manufacturing documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow established quality and safety proceduresCollaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production goalsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and manufacturing efficienciesQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentAt least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or technician experienceAbility to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and work instructionsBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workdayPreferred QualificationsElectronic assembly experienceWire harness or cable assembly experienceElectromechanical assembly experienceExperience in a regulated manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with quality standards and manufacturing documentationExperience with testing and troubleshooting of assemblies or systemsScheduleMonday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMFriday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PMPay$22.50 - $24.00 per hourWhy Join Us?Join a collaborative manufacturing team where you'll contribute to the production of innovative technology products, develop technical skills, and support important customer projects in a quality-focused environment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RICHMOND, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr.
