Location University of Houston (Moody Dining Hall) – 4700 Calhoun Road, Moody Tower, Houston, TX 77204. Schedule Open availability. Shifts may vary. Nights and weekends required. Requirements Prior supervisory experience preferred. Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensure that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitor marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
