This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including multi-family developments, institutional campuses, and small to medium commercial sites. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and prefers the agility of a smaller firm over the bureaucracy of a large corporation, this could be the perfect fit. Responsibilities Produce 2D CAD drawings (plans, profiles, sections, details) for contract documents Develop 3D CAD models and renderings to visualize complex features and structures Maintain drawing files and digital assets in accordance with internal standards Create graphics for engineering reports, presentations, and professional papers Train technical staff on drafting standards and procedures Support administrative tasks and office operations as needed Requirements Associate’s degree preferred (experience may substitute for education) 2+ years of experience in civil drafting/design, especially in residential land development Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Strong understanding of land development processes from concept to constructionHands‑on experience with: Site layout and grading Storm drainage and utility design Erosion control and road networks Permit submittals and reviews Field inspections and investigations Why You’ll Love Working Here This team prides itself on being reliable, secure, and strong —just like the name they stand behind.
