Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during procedures
• Ensure equipment is prepared and functioning before procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care

Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech

• Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in a cardiac cath lab environment
