This Branch Banker role is located in Hoboken, New Jersey, within PNC’s Metro Market and Commuter Region. Job Description Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Drives proactive sales conversations using outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty and identify appropriate PNC solutions. Creates customer loyalty and grows customers’ share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, lobby engagement, and educational outreach on financial transaction options. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty. Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring efficient daily branch operations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
