Enjoy cozy but energetic dining at Eclipse Bistro. It offers a chic, small and intimate dining room with brick walls, soft lighting and wood furnishings, creating a warm and sophisticated ambiance, making it a great place for a first date or business luncheon. Its diverse menu offers something for most diners.
We currently have full-time and part-time opportunities for experienced bartenders.
We pride ourselves on providing top-notch food hospitality and are looking for the best of the best to be a part of our team.
Experience in upscale, high-volume, full-service hospitality is a plus!
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as the ability to lead others is a must.

Major Duties:
- Strong communication and listening skills to interact with both guests and teammates
- Professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interpret guest's desires and provide recommendations
- Ensuring accurate accountability of food & beverage sales to each guest
- Ensuring that bar area is properly inventoried and stock for the following shift
- Base knowledge and understanding of the culinary menu
- Keeps an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all times
- Have a general knowledge and understanding of Delaware Department of Health for food safety standards
- Enjoys providing great hospitality
Qualifications:
- Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- 2+ years' experience working as a bartender
- Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and take direction in high volume situations
- Must possess Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
