Senior Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY Fexa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Asset Intelligence products within our Fexa platform. This role supports one to two engineering pods and operates at the intersection of product strategy, asset data foundations, and revenue growth. You will define product-line roadmaps, make hard portfolio-level trade-offs, and connect every decision directly to business outcomes. This position is not a feature coordinator: this is the strategic owner of a product area that forms the asset backbone of the Fexa platform. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with customers, engineering, data, design, sales, and CS, and translate complex asset capabilities into clear value for operators and providers across multi-site facilities management. POD OWNERSHIP The Senior PM is expected to support one to two engineering pods simultaneously, balance competing priorities, and keep teams aligned to a shared mission and vision. Asset Intelligence: Owns asset integration, the core asset data foundation, and strategic innovations that strengthen how assets are modeled, tracked, and leveraged across the platform. This work will also evaluate AI solutions to enhance asset functionality on the future roadmap. Investment decisions here have compounding leverage across the entire product portfolio and are key to unlocking enterprise opportunities. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Own the Asset Foundation: Set strategy for asset capabilities across the platform, including asset integration, the core asset data model and hierarchy, and strategic innovations. Decide what to invest in and make those trade-offs legible across the org; asset foundation investments create leverage for every product line, core workflow experiences and open the door to enterprise opportunities. Drive Multi-Product Roadmaps: Build and manage roadmaps across one or more pods. Make portfolio-level trade-offs when pods compete for shared resources. Sequence investments to hit revenue targets. Know what to build first, second, and what to deliberately defer. Specify & Ship: Write crisp PRDs with clear definitions, epics and stories with excellent acceptance criteria, and tracking plans. Partner with engineering, and UX on trade-offs to deliver high-value outcomes on time. Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics per product line and for overall portfolio health. Set leading indicators that tell you when to double down on one product line vs. shift investment to another. Tie product outcomes directly to revenue goals. Communicate Across Audiences: Present confidently to executive audiences. Align cross-functional teams. Translate complex asset data concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, then back into precise requirements for engineering. Allocate Resources: Own resource allocation across pods with a clear framework. Respond decisively when products diverge in performance. Balance competing priorities without losing sight of the mission. Scan the Horizon: Track asset management, CMMS, and AI trends. Turn market signal into pragmatic product bets. Maintain opinionated convictions about what will win in this market, and defend them. AI Product Intuition: Understands the unique challenges of shipping AI-assisted products (accuracy, trust, adoption curves, feedback loops) and can identify where AI creates real leverage in asset workflows. Platform Thinking: Sees how platform investments create leverage across product lines; can articulate when to invest in the foundation vs. ship in a product line. Executive-Grade Communication: Brings stakeholders along. Aligns cross-functional teams and presents confidently to executive audiences. Prioritization Rigor: Decides what to build, and what not to build, with a clear, communicable framework tied to ROI, effort, and impact. Initiative: Does more than is required. Identifies opportunities before they're requested and acts on them with urgency and ownership. EXPERIENCE 5-8 years in Product Management with end-to-end launches; experience in startup culture and environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience building and shipping data-heavy platform products end to end: problem definition, data model design, integrations, adoption, and iteration. Experience shipping customer-facing AI or AI-assisted products is a strong plus. Active practitioner of AI in your own workflow. Uses AI tools daily to automate tasks, accelerate research and documentation, and compress the time from insight to output. This is a lived habit, not a talking point. Proven ability to manage multi-product-line portfolios with shared engineering capacity and distinct success metrics. Strong analytical skills and experimentation mindset; comfortable turning ambiguous problems into shippable, measurable work. B2B SaaS background required; CMMS, field service, or facilities management experience is a plus. Asset management or data-platform domain experience is a strong plus. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
